World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
Item upgrade is an evolution item that first was introduced in Generation II. This upgrade enables Porygon2 to evolve when traded while held.
Incorporating it into armour, weapon gear and trinkets can provide an additional benefit or increase the attribute value. However, most upgrade items require the item to be at an appropriate level before it can be slotted.
Recycle points
Recycle points can be used to upgrade certain items. They can be obtained by plastic and recycling containers as well as fulfilling missions. You can also earn them by participating in the recycling incentive program which rewards players who take their garbage to recycling bins. These points can be redeemed to purchase household items and cash at the iRecycle store.

Substats
The sub-stats can be random, however, they can be improved in different ways. The sub-stats are not increased every time you upgrade them, like the main stats. They can be increased randomly on any of the slots. The number of sub-stats that an artifact is determined by its rank. The rank 2 artifact has no sub-stats, whereas the Rank 5 slot has five. Each sub-status has a range of rarity in which it can be created in.
If you'd like to increase a higher chance of getting an individual sub-stat, you can use the REFINE ARTIFACTS option in order to boost it by four levels. However, this will cost you MORA. Find duplicates is a different way to increase the sub-stats of an item. You can then enhance duplicates to give them higher value or have a different set of sub-stats. This can be an effective method for players with high levels to boost their character's DPS. Be cautious not to overdo it or risk losing your MORA.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens let players play a second time with the item currently equipped by a unit. Rerolling item upgrader will result in an upgraded version that comes with different bonuses and a completely new type of equipment. In certain instances it is possible to significantly increase its level of ilvl. However the item won't retain its ilvl level and rerolling is only useful when an item has rare affixes.
Rerolling an item resets the base power and all upgrades, and also rerolls the substats in addition to the substats. This is beneficial in the event that a ring's substats are not what the player wants or if a rings maximum power was less than what the user would like. The token for rerolling can be found from various sources, including the skulled creatures, the mystery box or as a reward after defeating an opponent.

In these instances players can make use of another re-roll token to speed up the process.
Item level
Item level is an important stat that shows how strong an item is. It's used by players to compare items, and help them decide which one is more potent for their style of play. Item level also allows players to upgrade gear that was previously considered by the community to be overpowered. It's important to know that item level is not an option for future development however it's a way to distinguish the between items in the game.
Item levels are calculated using the average ilvl for every piece of equipment the player has stocked including their main hand and offhand weapons. It considers the ilvls of all slots for gear that can be upgraded but not the shirts or tabards. This includes cloaks and rings and neck chest, shoulders back wrists, hands, feet legs, waist and weapons on the off-hand. The ILVL is considered twice, as the main and off-hand have different iLevels.
The iLevel determines which stats are given priority. Based on the class and spec certain stats have a higher value than others. For example, crit rating is very expensive and haste rating is comparatively cheap. The item level determines how much of the budget for the item's ilvl is spent on primary and secondary stats, and how much is left for procs and effects.
It is essential to have the right equipment for your character. This will allow you to progress through the game faster and gain access into new areas. In addition, the higher your level of item is greater, the more damage can deal in PvP.
You will need the right materials to upgrade an item. For weapons, you'll need Destruction Stones. For armor, you'll require Harmony Leapstones and Guardian Stones. These items can be obtained by clearing content up to your character's item level. Additionally you can purchase items from the Auction House.
